We use Royal Mail. Delivery times are from time of dispatch, not order. We dispatch most orders same day if placed before 2.30pm, Monday to Saturday.

Over £45:

Tracked 48 Hour: Free
Tracked 24 Hour: £3.95

Lastly we offer a Guaranteed Next Day delivery by 1pm, Monday to Friday. This is only available Mon-Fri (this means an order placed on Friday won't arrive until the following Monday. The daily cutoff time for this is 2.30pm (any orders placed after 2.30pm won't leave us until the next day). This service costs £11.95.

Returns and refunds?

It's really important for us and our business that you as a customer are pleased with your purchase from us. Because of this, we offer a 60 day exchange or refund policy.

If you’re not entirely satisfied with part or all of your order within 60 days of your order, just get in touch for a free exchange or refund.

If you've ordered as a gift for someone else, then it's 60 days from when they receive the product (for example at Christmas). 

Please note, we offer up to £150 of refunds per customer, per year. This is to stop our refund policy being misused.

For any refunds over £150 per year, we will ask you to return any products to us, and we will then refund you for your order. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
